Delivery & Returns

Cut samples will be delivered by Royal Mail and are packaged to fit through any standard size letterbox.

Full plank samples will be delivered by Royal Mail or FedEx. These are too large to fit through a letterbox so we advise that if you will not be present to receive the order that you provide detail of a safe place at the delivery address where these can be left.

All samples are dispatched within 1 working day of receiving the order. Please allow up to 3 working days delivery.

If, for any reason, your samples fail to arrive simply report this by email to support@bramptonchase.co.uk and we will track the goods or issue replacements.

Returns are not required, but if you would like to return any samples that are not required please sent to Brampton Chase Samples Department, 8 Monarch Courtyard, Salthouse Road, Brackmills, Northampton NN4 7BD. We will then reuse or recycle.
